REAL TECHNIQUES Samantha and Nicola Chapman grew up surrounded by makeup. Their aunt was a top makeup artist in London, working with clients like David Bowie and Princess Diana. Their mum was makeup-involved too, always trying out the latest trends and being creative with her looks. As young girls, they experimented on one another, and of course Nic was the test subject, since Sam was the older sister. When it came time to choose their career path, it was clear that makeup artistry was the way to go. They were talented, creative, and keen to follow in the footsteps of their successful aunt. Like all Real Technique brushes, this one is amazing! I like carrying brushes with me, just in case of a touch up, but because they\'re in my purse (even if they\'re in a makeup bag, IN my purse), the bristle get a little damaged and it\'s not all that sanitary (paper gets thrown around, eye shadow breaks, face mist leaks). But because this has a \"cover\" that twists up, then a cap to go on top, the bristles don\'t get damaged and they don\'t get all yucky & unsanitary. Did I mention that it does a great job a buffing/blending in the bronzer? In a pinch, I\'ve also used it lightly for blush and it looked flawless! \r\n\r\nThis is a must for your purse or car or office...

Fantastic purchase, couldn\'t be more happy, I\'ve been using regular kabuki brush for my bronzer for ages, until this beauty came out! What makes it so great it\'s not even the fact that\'s retractable ( which is a wonderful addition!) is the brush itself, that gives you the perfect application, no more patchy bronzer! Another great portable brush on the go, its simple and light to carry in the purse and on the go. I use it for a quick powder application or just in a hurry and sitting in a car needing to touch up on my face thats what i grab for since other brushes are not so portable. I love how its so easy to take with you that you just stick your hand in the bag and there it is and can dab and touch up any powder, liquid make up as needed. Would buy it for my friends and recommend it for makeup users on the go.

These are without doubt a fantastic quality brush.I am a beautician who does makeup applications too and I always use the Real Techniques brushes at work and home!They feel great on your skin,help blend product beautifully and the fact that they are retractable makes them great to travel.I really love that there is no ferrule as such,on other brands the glue comes away and the bristles damage easily but not with these.Great thought went into designing these.To win some would be amazing.

Perfect bronzer brush! Applies bronzer really well and the fact it is retractable makes it 10 times better because it keeps the brush nice and clean for when you are out and about or when its in the make-up bag, great for on the go for touch ups as well due to it being retractable, definitely a brush you shouldn\'t turn your nose up at. Can also be used for blusher I\'ve found so its a multi purpose brush which makes me fall in love with it even more, it looks glamorous as well.

Great quality at a great price as usual from Real Techniques! The retractable brushes are awesome for on-the-go. I like to keep mine in my purse when I\'m going to work or school. The brush is compact so it fits perfectly in a side pocket of a purse or any bag along with your favorite pressed powder. It is so convenient to have because now I can touch up my makeup throughout the day without having to worry about the bristles and handle getting messy or bent in a weird way.
